Welcome to use the services associated with "[BocaLive]".

You are not authorized to use the services of "[BocaLive]" unless you fully accept the entire contents of this Agreement. If you use the "[BocaLive]" client and related services, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted the constraints of this Agreement.

I. Scope of application

1. This is an agreement between you and [BOLTCUT PTE. LIMITED] (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us" or "the Company") regarding your use of services related to "[BocaLive]" in connection with your use of the services. We have the right, at our sole discretion, to arrange for or designate its affiliates or third party companies recognized by the Company to continue to operate the [BocaLive] client as necessary for the service or operation of the [BocaLive]related service. Moreover, certain services under this Agreement may be provided to you by the Company's affiliates or third party companies recognized by the Company. You shall be deemed to have accepted the relevant rights and obligations to be bound by this Agreement when you know and agree to accept the contents of the relevant services.

2. "User" means all users who directly or indirectly access and use the "[BocaLive]" client and related services. In this Agreement, we refer to "User" or "You".

3. "[BocaLive]" means the platform labeled "[BocaLive]" that is legally owned and operated by us. We have the right to change the name of the client unilaterally.

4. The contents of this Agreement also include the agreements and rules on the client and related services of "[BocaLive]" that the Company has issued and may continue to issue in the future. Once the aforesaid contents are officially released, the Company will remind you to read them in a timely manner by appropriate means (system notification, etc.). The aforementioned agreements and rules constitute an integral part of this Agreement, and your continued use of "[BocaLive]" shall be deemed to be your agreement to abide by the aforementioned agreements and rules.

II. Account and Service Usage

1.You can use the services related to "[BocaLive]" through pre-installation or downloading by third parties authorized by the Company. If you do not get it from the Company or a third party authorized by the Company, the Company cannot guarantee that the unofficial version of the client of "[BocaLive]" can be used normally or without other risks, and the losses you suffer as a result have nothing to do with the Company.

2.Users can login by email registration or third party account (e.g. Google account, Facebook account) authorization to login and use. You need to comply with relevant laws and regulations in the process of account use, and shall not commit any act that infringes on national interests, harms the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens, or is harmful to social morality. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and bear full legal responsibility for the activities you engage in the name of your registered account, including but not limited to any data modification, payment and other operational behaviors you carry out on "[BocaLive]".

3.You know and agree that the member service is network goods and virtual goods, using the first charge after the service, the cost is the price of network goods corresponding to the member service you purchased, rather than the nature of the prepayment or deposits, deposits, savings cards, etc., the member service is not transferable or refundable once opened (such as due to the existence of major defects in the member service leads to your complete inability to use or laws and regulations require that a refund or (except in cases where we believe that a refund is possible in our judgment). 4.In order to better enhance the user experience and services, the Company will provide client updates or changes from time to time. 5. 6. The Company licenses you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive and non-commercial right to legally use the "[BocaLive]" client and related services. All other rights not expressly authorized by this Agreement shall be reserved by the Company, and you shall obtain written permission from the Company to exercise such rights, and the Company's failure to exercise any of the foregoing rights shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.

III. Protection of users' personal information

1.In the course of using the client and services of "[BocaLive]", you may need to provide your personal information so that the Company can provide you with better services and corresponding technical support. You understand and agree that the Company has the right to collect, use (including commercial cooperation use), store and share your personal information under the premise of providing better services to you and complying with the laws and regulations, this Agreement and the "[BocaLive]" Privacy Policy, and at the same time, we will protect your right to browse, modify, delete the relevant personal information and withdraw your consent in accordance with the law. (6) Acquisition of personal information from legitimate publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;

4. Please note that you should not disclose your various property accounts, third-party payment accounts and corresponding passwords and other important information in the use of the "[BocaLive]" client and related services, or else you will be responsible for any damages brought about by such disclosure.

IV. Code of conduct for users

1. User Behavior Requirements

You shall be responsible for your behavior in using the client and related services. Unless permitted by law or with the prior written permission of the Company, you shall not use the "[BocaLive]" client and related services with the following behaviors:

(1) Use any plug-ins, extras, systems or third-party tools that are not authorized or licensed by the Company to interfere with, damage, modify or otherwise affect the normal operation of the "[BocaLive]" Client and related services.

(2) Conducting any act that jeopardizes the security of the computer network by using or targeting the "[BocaLive]" client and related services.

(3) Reverse engineering, reverse compiling, compiling or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the "[BocaLive]" client.

(4) Violation of laws and regulations, this Agreement, the relevant rules of the Company and other behaviors that violate the legitimate rights and interests of others.

2. Information content specification

Users should consciously comply with the laws and regulations, national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order, morality and information authenticity and other requirements for the production, release and dissemination of content, otherwise the company will immediately take appropriate measures to deal with.

V. Norms for the use of information content on "[BocaLive]"

Without the written permission of the Company, the User shall not, on its own, or authorize, permit, or assist any third party to perform the following acts with respect to the information content of the "[BocaLive]" client and related services under this Agreement:

(1) Copying, reading and adopting the information content of the "[BocaLive]" client and related services;

(2) Unauthorized editing, organizing, or arranging the information content of the "[BocaLive]" client and related services and then displaying it in channels other than the source page of the "[BocaLive]" client and related services;

(3) Adopting any form of identification methods, including but not limited to special logos, special codes, etc., to generate traffic, diversion, hijacking and other adverse effects on the information or content of the client and related services of "[BocaLive]" by itself or assisting a third party to do so;

(4) Other illegal access to the information content of the "[BocaLive]" client and related services.

VI. Non-compliance

1. In response to your violation of this Agreement or other terms of service, the company has the right to independently judge and, depending on the circumstances, take measures such as advance warning, limiting some or all of the functions of the account until the permanent closure of the account. The company has the right to announce the results of processing, and the right to decide whether to restore the use of the actual situation. The company will keep records of any suspected violations of laws and regulations and any suspected crimes and report them to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law. The company has the right not to return the deleted content.

2. If you violate the provisions of this Agreement or other terms of service and cause a third party to file a complaint or litigation claim, you shall bear full legal responsibility. If the company and its affiliates pay compensation to any third party or suffer penalties due to your violation of law or breach of contract, you shall also pay full compensation for all damages caused.

3. The Company respects and protects the legal rights and interests of legal persons and citizens, such as intellectual property rights, the right to honor, the right to name, the right to privacy and other legitimate rights and interests. You guarantee that you will not violate the legal rights and interests of any third party when using "[BocaLive]" client and related services.

VII. Changes, interruptions and termination of services

1. You understand and agree that the "[BocaLive]" client and related services provided by the Company are provided in accordance with the status quo of the existing technology and conditions. The Company will use its best efforts to provide the Services to you and to ensure the continuity and security of the Services. You understand that the Company cannot always foresee and prevent legal, technical and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, and other security problems of the intrusion of service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks.

2. You understand and agree that the Company has the right to modify, interrupt, suspend or terminate the client and related services of "[BocaLive]" after the announcement of the notice based on the adjustment of the business strategy or the operational needs without being responsible for the users or assuming any compensation liability.

3. You understand and agree that the Company is not obliged to provide or return any data to you after the suspension or termination of services.

VIII. Intellectual property rights

1. The intellectual property rights of the contents provided by the Company in the "[BocaLive]" client and related services (including but not limited to the client, technology, programs, web pages, text, pictures, images, audio, video, layout, electronic documents, etc.) belong to the Company or legitimate third parties. The copyrights, patents and other intellectual property rights of the clients on which the Company provides the Service belong to the Company. Without the Company's permission, no one may use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, distributing, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading the contents of the "[BocaLive]" client and related services through any program or device such as robots, spiders, etc.) without the Company's permission.

2. The Company provides technical support for the development and operation of "[BocaLive]" and enjoys all rights to all data and information generated in the process of development and operation of "[BocaLive]" client and related services.
3. Under no circumstances shall you use any of the Company's trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, client names, or other distinctive branding features (collectively, the "Marks"), including, but not limited to, the trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, client names, or other distinctive branding features of "[BocaLive]", without the Company's prior written consent. X. Disclaimer

1. You understand and agree that the "[BocaLive]" client and related services may be affected or interfered by a variety of factors, and the Company does not guarantee (including but not limited to):

(1) the Company's client and related services are fully compliant with the user's usage requirements;

(2) Company will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable or error-free; and that any Client, Services or other materials obtained by the User through Company meet the User's expectations;

(3) Any errors in the Client will be able to be corrected.

2. The User understands and agrees that in the course of using the "[BocaLive]" Client and related services, it may encounter force majeure and other factors (force majeure refers to an objective event that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided), including, but not limited to, governmental actions, natural disasters, network causes, hacker attacks, war, or any other similar events. any other similar events. In the event of force majeure, the Company will endeavor to repair the situation in a timely manner at the first time, but due to force majeure caused by the user's loss, the user agrees that the Company is not responsible.

3. The Company obtains the right to deal with illegal and unauthorized content in accordance with this Agreement, the right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of the Company, and the Company cannot guarantee the timely detection of illegal acts or the corresponding treatment.

4. Users expressly understand and agree that the Company does not provide any express or implied warranty or condition of any kind with respect to the services under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, commercial merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and so on. Your use of the Client and related services under this Agreement is at your own risk.

XI. Terms of Use for Minors

1. If you are a minor, you should read and agree to this Agreement under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians before using the "[BocaLive]" client and related services.

2. The Company attaches importance to the protection of personal information of minors, please strengthen the awareness of personal protection and treat it with caution, and use the client of "[BocaLive]" and related services correctly under the guidance of guardians.

3. The minor user understands that if you violate the laws and regulations and the contents of this Agreement, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences in accordance with the law.

4. Minors using "[BocaLive]" client to open paid membership services should be accompanied by a guardian.

XII. Other

The Company has the right to modify this Agreement in accordance with national policies, technical conditions, product features and other changes required, and the Company will publish the modified Agreement. Once the aforementioned content is officially released, the Company will remind you of the updated content in an appropriate manner (system notification, etc.) so that you can understand the latest version of this Agreement in a timely manner. The modified content will constitute an inseparable part of this Agreement, and you shall comply with the same.
